Chill with Electro-RnB Duo Shape on "Blown Away"

From Stockholm to Mannheim to Chicago, RnB-electro duo Shape aims to translate universal, raw emotions into their music. Their second single, “Blown Away,” meditates on a feeling of uncertainty in a relationship; the inner-conflict one experiences when they feel addicted to somebody but need to pull themselves away for their own good.

Shape consists of musicians Clara Carella from Germany and miri from Sweden. After crossing paths in Chicago, they teamed up to release the duo’s debut single, “Unfold,’ last year. On “Blown Away,’ they smoothly demonstrate a more upbeat side of their sound. Chicago-based producer Provsounds and co-producer Vee Miyagi provide an airy soundscape for Shape’s flowing vocals to thrive.
