“I remember they ain’t used to like me, now they love me”
Orlando rapper Kese is on the come up, and the gold diggers and leeches are certainly taking notice. His latest single “On Me” takes aim at all the fake bandwagon fans that weren’t there from day one. This is his moment, and in Kese’s world, there isn’t enough shine to share.
On this rattling, anthem of a track Kese offers the smoothest syllables and rhymes through a southern flow not unlike Gucci’s or Kevin Gates. Kese claims that he goes “goes crazy, like Dexter in the lab” and sets off to prove it. Each word he delivers comes out with strong authority, the audio chemicals are perfectly mixed and mastered to boom against the track. The beat constantly whirs and rattles around it’s infectious bass line, a head bobbing playground that Kese takes full advantage of. Delivering the verses, booming on the hook; Kese can do it all.
This is a strong single from an upcoming rapper that shouldn’t be missed. You’re fully warned in the verses, in the hook, and by the tap of your foot that this is not one you want to miss out on. You might not make his day one list anymore, but a year one fan doesn’t sound so bad with this talent. Watch the video for “On Me” below
